Before pursuing the support resources at the bottom of this page, we suggest you follow the steps below first in attempt to solve your problem.
  • Use the on-line Help subsystem. You can invoke Help in MedLook either by pressing the F1 key or by selecting Contents on the Help menu. You can also invoke Help by using Start, (All) Programs, MedLook, MedLook Help. Use the Contents, Index, and Search features to locate the item you need assistance with. Pressing the F1 key will usually immediately open to the area you are currently working.
  • Search the website FAQ. Visit the MedLook FAQ to see if any FAQ items are relevant to your concern.
  • Search the MedLook Forum Visit the MedLook Forum to see if any forum post are relevant to your concern.
  • Check for product updates. Often times somebody else has already requested a feature you may be looking for, and a software update may occur to address the issue. Check under the MedLook 3.0 Updates heading on the Downloads page to make sure your software is up to date.
