This is just a quick note.  We have moved our forum from http://www.medlookusa.proboards.com to its final resting place of http://www.medlookusa.com/forum.  We will no longer be checking the old site.  We have also carried forward some of the more recent or pertinent posts.

I changed my billing software to MedLook and haven’t looked back.  It has cut my worktime with all the short cuts, auto fill-in and ease of use.  The software is very compatible with my clearinghouse.  Batch billing is a breeze and easy to track. There are a variety of reports and the formats are flexible.  Anytime I’ve had a question or concern the technical assistance has been outstanding.

I would recommend this software to medical offices or billing companies large or small.  The progam is affordable and has grown with my company.  The MedLook programmers are constantly improving and updating the program and taking suggestions from the users as to what upgrades they would like to see. My company recently changed our medical manager software to MedLook and has been extremely happy with the versatility of the software as well as the ease in making changes to fit our needs.  We were impressed with the ability to produce almost any report we might need with the ability to import to a number of file options allowing us to add or delete any information necessary.  

We found the MedLook video tutorials a tremendous help in learning to navigate within the software. The support staff has been excellent in helping us get set-up and running.  Our questions are always answered in a very timely manner.

We are still learning all of the possibilities this software has and we learn something new everyday that makes our daily operations smoother and faster.
